King of Fighters XIV is a fighting game developed by SNK and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It is the fifteenth installment in the King of Fighters series and the fourth game in the SteelBook Edition series. The game was announced at the PlayStation Experience event in December 2017, and was released worldwide on February 16, 2018.In King of Fighters XIV, players take control of characters from the Fatal Fury, King of Fighters, and The King of Fighters series, as they compete in a variety of single and multiplayer modes. The game features a new online mode, called "King of the Ring", which pits players against each other in a series of matches.
